Dr. Yuming Su, P.E., D.WRE, is the Chief Engineer at Dake Rechsand. He is also the founder of the Rechsand Research Institute for Sustainable Development LLC in the USA. A renowned expert with 26 years of experience in water resources engineering, Dr. Su has an extensive experience in research institutes and consulting/design firms, with emphasis on international collaboration. As a Diplomate of Water Resources Engineer and a Founding Member of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE), he has significantly contributed to sustainable stormwater management and sand resource utilization. He has authored numerous papers and patents, and has completed crucial projects in various countries. Dr. Su plays a pivotal role in promoting sustainability and advancing the concept of Sponge Cities. He oversees the engineering project implementation, and development and dissemination of renovated technology for the group.

Mrs. Sujatha Dake is the Financial Director of Dake. With more than
20 years of financial management experience in the technology sector. She has held various positions in various organizations. Her background is mainly in the Financial Services sector where she has worked and held director’s positions.

Sujatha is very instrumental in managing all aspects of company’s financial health and long-term growth. She also has a wealth of experience in implementing turnaround business strategies a finance and operations perspective, including rollout of offices in new locations
